Bhut Jolokia Pepper (Ghost Pepper)

This pepper originated in the naga region of India, known for the fierce naga warrior tribes that eat their victims. This variety was the world record holder for heat up to 2011 at 1,020,000 SHUs and has been dubbed the "Ghost Pepper". As a good Korean friend of mine said 15 minutes after one bit, "It feels like dying!" The peppers turn from green to red, and tend to have a unique shape that almost says I dare you to eat me.
