Serrano Pepper plant

This classic produces lots of great hot chilis perfect for pico de gallo. Unlike the ones you can buy in the store, the peppers mature from green to red which increases the flavor and heat. Would you eat an unripe banana? Then why would you eat an unripe serrano? Grow your own and prove to yourself that they are better once ripened to red.
