This type is similar to the Habanero chili, but isnīt hot at all. Itīs beautiful aroma and fruity/smoky flavor makes this pepper ideal for dishes from the Caribbean, but also for other dishes or eating fresh on salads. This plant produces, about 85 days after transplanting, a rich harvest of peppers that color during ripening from green to orange-yellow. As my hair stylist friend Todd said after eating one, Wow....Wow...Wow,that is really good!
