Another treasure from Trinidad/Tobago region this huge pepper have strong, sometimes too strong smell, the very aromatic pepper has low to medium heat which makes it perfect for fresh eating or stuffing with rice and meat like stuffed bell pepper, it works for stuffing better than bell pepper because it has thinner skin allowing the mean and rick to cook well, in addition it is hot or spicy enough not too hot so everyone can enjoy those stuffed Tobago Scotch Bonnets, easy to grow variety pods are huge, turns from lime green to orange to red, can be used at any stage because the flesh is firm and crunchy but its preferred when its green for stuffing.
